Mission and Goal

Transparent Learning NYC is passionate about ensuring academic success for all students.  We are committed to providing families with the knowledge and resources needed to promote long-term scholastic achievement.  We believe that parents and families can make a crucial difference in their child’s school experience by understanding their children as learners, whether it is by practicing specific skills at home, which will make learning easier at school, or by finding the necessary outside resources. 

TLNYC’s core philosophy is that children learn in a variety of ways.  If these learning styles are identified, understood and respected at an early age, a program can be created that maximizes the chances for student success.  It is TLNYC’s job to guide and coach families so that they can identify the child’s learning needs while providing the resources necessary to implement a viable and sensible plan of action.
